In November 2020, a passionate guest and wildlife enthusiast created an iNaturalist profile to help document the incredible biodiversity found here at Eco Lodge Itororó. Fast forward to July 2024, and our Itororó Eco Lodge Biodiversity Celebration page proudly features nearly five thousand observations! Thanks to the contributions of our guests—who’ve shared over one thousand unique sightings—we’re building a rich, ongoing record of the Atlantic Rainforest’s remarkable species. Each registered observation celebrates our restoration efforts, affirming the success of our conservation initiatives and the beauty of this habitat.
